- Commercial Demolition
- SGI has the capacity to demolish and remove your existing structures as you prepare for future development and construction. SGI will work side by side with you for the procurement of your demolition permit so that you may benefit from our experience with the various municipalities.
- Residential Demolition
- SGI offers complete demolition and removal of all residences. Our future plans for the recycling of solid waste such as drywall, plastic, insulation, wood, etc., will be very effective in reducing the amount of Construction Debris collected during residential demolition – thus reducing overall landfill waste.
- Selective Demolition
- When a project demands that structural elements remain in place, call on SGI to selectively demolish unnecessary portions, while leaving the critical elements untouched. We also offer selective demolition in retail spaces where the shell remains untouched while the interior elements get hauled away. This service includes the removal of drywall, ceiling tile and grid, toilet partitions, tile, wall covering, concrete floors (through the use of our 20" Electric Floor Saw), mechanical duct, electric conduit, etc. SGI is your single source provider for renovation preparation!
- Crushed Asphalt
- SGI crushes asphalt that has been removed from existing roadways and parking areas for reuse in asphalt batching. We sell this material directly back to the asphalt companies in order to reduce the overall product consumption, which also aids in reducing new construction costs.
- Crushed Concrete – Cycle-Crete
- Once a concrete structure is demolished and the concrete is sorted and hauled back to our yard, we crush the material to produce variably sized aggregates for sale through our Cycle-Crete division. Please contact us for a current price list of products from 3/8" minus all the way up to rip-wrap sized material.
- Roll Off Dumpster Service
- SGI offers roll off dumpsters in 20 and 30 cubic yard sizes that can be delivered directly to your project site for job-site clean up. We operate three roll off trucks for easy scheduling of drop-offs and pick-ups of the dumpsters on your job sites. Please contact our office for scheduling and rates.
- Asbetsos Abatement
- SGI will assist our customers in navigating through the sometimes challenging environment of asbestos removal from commercial structures. SGI has developed and maintained strong relationships with certified asbestos abatement contractors throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. These relationships and the services they offer have proven to be of great value to our customers.
- Suitable Material Delivery/Pick Up
- SGI also offers a variety of suitable materials such as top soil, stabilizing fill and unstable fill (scalpings), which are available for purchase through our yard. Please contact our office for further information.
